- Turn-Around-Time : TechnoStruct promises quick turn-around-time on deliverables. Our primary office being in San Francisco, CA, we also have regional offices in Irvine and Dallas, where our engineers are trained in US codes to provide additional support. Our teams work in 3 different time shifts with adequate overlap to facilitate faster turnaround and proper information exchange.
- US Codes : We understand US design and construction and familiar with CA local codes as our staff is educated and trained in the US.
- Coordination : We not only create clash-batches, but we also attend coordination meetings and run through the clashes with each project stakeholder. We help coordinate with the Design Consultants as well as with the Trade Contractors.
- Experience : Wide experience in Construction and Design.
- Constructability : We provide a BIM constructability report with the clash batches based on our Engineers' experience working on the project. These issues can be FM related, design-related, material efficiency-related, missing elements related, or others.
Roy Aniruddha
Director
Aniruddha holds more than 20 years of experience in sales leadership and business development within the AECO industry. He leads a skilled, result-oriented team and provides comprehensive, integrated sales and marketing insights and strategies to drive actual business results. He believes in building long-term business relationships and has built strong alliances and partnerships in the last two decades by working closely with the clients. Prior to TechnoStruct, he held a number of senior executive positions at various AEC firms, including Vice President at Intec Americas Inc, AVP, Business Development at Neilsoft, and Regional Director, East Coast USA & UK at Satellier.
Parth Makwana
Director of Technical Marketing
Parth brings over 12 years of construction industry experience. He started off as a Field Engineer and then became Technical BIM head. With adept proficiency in Healthcare projects, Parth has successfully managed various BIM Infrastructure and Commercial projects both on and off-site. He is an expert in providing E&C services like BIM modeling, lead coordination meetings, integration (3D visualization, 4D sequencing), documentation (pre-bid, construction documentation, shop drawings, as-builds, schedules & BOQs), software atomization programming, among others. He had been proving his stronghold on technical skills by leading a team of modelers till he moved on to leading technical marketing for TechnoStruct. He has been successfully utilizing his mixed blend of technical and business development skills to lead inflow of business and outflow of project deliveries. He holds an M.S. degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management from Purdue University, West Lafayette.
Stephen Barnes
Director of Strategy and Acquisitions
Stephen Barnes has over 35 years of global experience in providing leadership and management to Design and Build companies across the AECO spectrum. He is capable of building key strategic partnerships, collaborations, and acquisitions for TechnoStruct. Most recently, before TechnoStruct, Stephen was President at Satellier and repositioned the company’s brand to accelerate growth both in the USA and internationally. Before Satellier, he held executive roles as EVP for Austin AECOM, now part of AECOM and SVP/Board of Directors for The Austin Company. He holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from UIC.
James (Jym) Varnadore
Sr. BIM Manager
Jym brings almost forty years of drafting, 3D modeling, and BIM/VDC experience to the table. After his time in the US Navy, Jym went to school to become a drafter, picking up his first job before graduation from tech school. Starting with pencil on vellum, which had slowly evolved to AutoCAD and later into Revit, he mastered the HVAC and Plumbing drafting and design skill over the years. But then he slowly moved up the ladder and started leading the BIM department of various Mechanical and General Contracting (CW Driver) companies. With his vast technical expertise on several modeling and coordination platforms, he guides the team in ensuring that deliveries are nothing less than 100% accurate.
Robert Pittman
Principal
With nearly 25 years of experience in the electrical construction industry, Robert brings extensive field knowledge to every design. He is responsible for all aspects of the company’s electrical designs, and operation. From residential to commercial and healthcare to airports, Robert has worked on some of the largest and most-renowned construction projects in the country. Before joining us at TechnoStruct, he had worked for top electrical contractors in the NorCal region. Robert holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering from California State University, Fresno, with a specialization in electronics and communications and a Minor in Mathematics.
Tom Godfrey
Principal
Tom’s 24 years of experience has a unique perspective that very few engineers have the opportunity to gain. He started his career as a drafter, leading him to become a designer and eventually an Engineer. Working as a plan and specification engineer, design-build engineer, and HVAC equipment representative gave him the ability to see projects from three different aspects. His experience as a mechanical engineer has sharpened his design skills even further giving him an eye for critical details. Tom’s engineering integrity and passion drive him to find the right answers, not just a rule of thumb. This extra effort keeps systems from being under-engineered, over-sized, and reduces costs. Tom holds B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from California State University, Long Beach.
Kriti Kochar
Director of Accounting and Human Resources
Kriti leads the Finance, Accounting, Cash Management, and Human Resources departments at TechnoStruct. Her background in the software field with data analysis gives her an edge in facilitating and creating policies and practices that help improve financial operations, planning, reporting, and profits. She has a demonstrated track record for driving strategic decision-making and performance for the company’s overall growth, cost savings, and implementation of efficient processes. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science from Purdue University, West Lafayette, with a minor in Accounting.
